FLCL voice actors attending FanimeCon 2003
Los Angeles, CA (May 27, 2003) - Kari Wahlgren and Jennifer Sekiguchi, both known for their
performance as the English voice of Haruko Haruhara and Mamimi Samejima, respectively, in FLCL
(Fooly Cooly), will be attending FanimeCon 2003 on June 20, 2003 in Santa Clara, CA. Both will

FLCL (Fooly Cooly) is a 6-episode Original Video Animation directed by
Kazuya Tsurumaki with original character designs by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto.
Naota is just your ordinary boy living in your ordinary town. Besides the fact that his
brother’s girlfriend Mamimi can’t keep her hands off of him, life isn’t really exciting.
But everything changes when an older girl named Haruko appears on her Vespa and smashes him
over the head with a bass guitar, causing robots to occasionally emerge from his head. And now
the towering Medical Mechanica plant, which happens to look like an iron and has been inactive
for years, seems to be steaming up...
