Synch-Point Announces "Aquarian Age" Cast


Los Angeles, CA (April 19, 2004) Synch-Point has announced the ADR director and cast for their latest acquisition, "Aquarian Age the Movie."

Mayumi Fujimiya, voiced by Michelle Ruff. Mayumi is part of the E.G.O., and possesses strong psychic abilities. She is thrown into the war of Aquarian Age when an unknown alien fleet attacks Earth. Michelle has starred in many roles including Chii of "Chobits," Saga of "A Little Snow Fairy Sugar," Aoi of "Ai Yori Aoshi," and Miki of "Marmalade Boy."

Miharu Itsukushima, voiced by Carrie Savage. Miharu is part of the Eastern organization ARAYASHIKI. Following her older sister's footsteps, she is in training to become a strong miko (Japanese priestess). Carrie has been in many anime series, playing roles such as Fuko of "Strawberry Eggs" and Rakka of "Haibane Renmei."

Misuzu Itsukushima, voiced by Jennifer Sekiguchi. Misuzu is Miharu's older sister and mentor, and is an important person in the ARAYASHIKI faction. She cares deeply for Miharu. Jennifer has played various roles, including Mamimi of "FLCL," Fujio of "I My Me! Strawberry Eggs," and Silky of "I'm Gonna Be An Angel!"

Stella Blavatsky, voiced by Jane Alan. Stella is the great sorceress of the WIZ-DOM faction. She appears to be a young beautiful woman, but in fact she uses her magic to stay young. Jane's roles include Megumi of "Rurouni Kenshin," Maria of "Sakura Wars the Movie," and Haruka of "Love Hina."

Yoko Ashray, voiced by Wendee Lee. Yoko is a pure hearted vampire princess, who is in love with the vampire lord Alucard. Her weapon includes a special whip that is an extension of her wings. Wendee is a veteran in the voice acting industry, and her credentials include Faye in "Cowboy Bebop," Kaolla Su in "Love Hina," and Yui in "Fushigi Yugi."

Reina Arcturus, voiced by Jessica Stenuis. Reina is a young woman with skills in both magic and swordplay and a high-ranking POLESTAR EMPIRE warrior. To Reina, the Emperor is the absolute and only ruler, and believes that those who oppose him should die. Her ideals and beliefs are completely the opposite from those of Mayumi, and will never cross. Jessica's other anime roles include Miyajun of "FLCL" and Mama of "I'm Gonna Be An Angel!"

Hokuto, voiced by Barbara Goodson. The mysterious boy Hokuto gathers all the girls to defeat the Emperor of the POLESTAR EMPIRE, who is determined to unify the Earth under an iron grip. Hokuto is a strong Mind Breaker, and has the ability to increase the girls' powers. Barbara has provided the voice for such popular roles as Naota in "FLCL," and non-anime roles as Rita Repulsa in "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers."

Ray Alucard, voiced by Lex Lang. As one of the strongest vampires in DARKLORE, lord Ray Alucard acts as a mentor to Yoko. Taking Yoko under his wings as a baby, he will do anything to protect her. Lex's other roles include Captain Herlock of "Space Pirate Captain Herlock," Goemon of "Lupin III," Sanosuke of "Rurouni Kenshin," and Ry of "Initial D."

Michael Sinterniklaas is an acclaimed ADR director, directing popular shows such as "Jungle Emperor Leo," "Berserk," "Magic User's Club," and "Samurai Deeper Kyo." He is also active in the voice acting industry, featured on TV as Leonardo for the new "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," Dean Venture on Cartoon Network's "Venture Brothers," and Trey Racer on "Shaman King."
