We have been contacted by several people who ended up buying unofficial copies of FLCL DVDs on Ebay.

While we make the effort to take down the illegal copies of FLCL DVDs, we would like to encourage customers to use caution when buying DVDs from online auctions such as eBay, Yahoo Auctions, or Amazon Used Stores.

If you purchased an illegal copy, contact the seller or the store that you bought the DVD from and request a full refund for the misrepresented item. You should get a refund even if you opened the DVD. If the seller refuses to give you a refund, please contact the online auction site.
